No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 3 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
• Exchange requests will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use or damage.
• An exchange fee of 100 EGP will apply to each request.
• You may exchange your item for another of equal value.
  

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be covered during the exchange process.
